二语习得中的概念迁移现象研究

摘 要：概念迁移是语言迁移研究的最新进展，主要指一种语言中的以语言为中介的概念范畴对另一种语言的言语行为产生的影响，是语言相对论在二语习得中的体现。在大学英语教学中，许多语言表层的偏误现象都能从概念迁移的视角得到认知层面更深层的解释。本研究首先回顾了国内外的相关研究，然后追溯了概念迁移理论产生的思想源头，并梳理了概念迁移理论的内涵。最后从词汇层面及句法层面分析概念迁移在二语习得中的表现，并提出对大学英语教学的启示。即教师可以通过将语言形式显性知识与概念范畴化隐性知识相结合等手段，帮助学生促进概念内化，最终实现概念重组。
Abstract：As the latest development in the field of language transfer, conceptual transfer mainly examine the influence of the language-mediated conceptual categories one language on verbal performance in another language, and it’s an example of linguistic relativity in second language acquisition. Many linguistic errors found in college English teaching can be explained from the perspective of conceptual transfer, which is a much deep understanding at a cognitive level. This study first begins with a brief review on the researches of conceptual transfer at home and abroad. Then it traces back the theories that enlightened this hypothesis, i.e. linguistic relativity and Vygotsky’s sociocultural theory, and introduces the definition and denotation of conceptual transfer. Based on this theory, the study analyzes some difficulties that learners encounter during their second language acquisition at the lexical level and the discourse level. Finally, it explains how this theory sheds light on a new perspective on college English teaching. It is found that teachers should encourage students actively receive more authentic English input so as to accelerate the process of concept integration. What’s more, conceptual transfer theory could be incorporated into our college English teaching if necessary so that students can understand the nature of some language learning difficulties. Last, teachers should create more communication situations for students to help them establish a complex mixed representation system specific for second language learners.
