Study on Influence Factors of Impact Airflow and Dust Production When Unloading Ore in High Ore Pass

In order to research the impact air flow and the cause of producing dust when unloading ore in high ore pass and put forward the effective measures of dust-control,the similar numbers of impact air flow had been derived and a similarity model device was designed for high ore pass according to the similar principle, furthermore, this article have made the experimental study of the unloading air flow of the distribution features in the different conditions and made a grey parallel analysis of the main influencing factors. The results show that, the maximum impact speed and the average concentration of dust becomes greater with the increase of unloading ore flow and unloading height. The impact air flow and the concentration of dust becomes smaller with the decreased of ore particle size and resistance coefficient of unloading ore;The dust concentration decreases rapidly with the increase of dust water ration, and the decrease trend is not obvious when the water ration is above 3.5%. The height of unloading and the drag coefficient of the well have the greatest impact on the impact wind speed, followed by the discharge flow and the ore particle size. Ore water content and ore unloading height are the most important factors that affect the dust concentration of the ore drain at the time of ore unloading, followed by the drag coefficient of the pass, the discharge rate of the ore and the size of the ore.
