Aiming at the problem of low pumping efficiency and high energy consumption of ordinary fuel dispenser, this paper proposes to introduce inverter technology into the tanker system. By analyzing the structure and principle of variable frequency fuel dispenser, the mathematical model of variable frequency fuel dispenser system is deduced. Aiming at the problems of large overshoot, slow dynamic response and insufficient steady state accuracy of the system, the traditional PID control and fuzzy control are combined and a fuzzy adaptive PID control strategy is proposed. Establish the corresponding mathematical simulation model for simulation, and set up a variable frequency pumping system experimental platform for energy consumption testing. Through the analysis of the simulation and experimental results, it can be seen that the frequency conversion control system based on fuzzy PID control has small overshoot and good stability, and the method has better robustness and rapid response to the variation of the input signal, and has the advantages of significantly improving the system Controlled effect. Compared with the ordinary fuel tanker, the variable frequency fuel tanker with fuzzy PID adaptive control greatly reduces the system energy consumption, saving more than 43% and filling accuracy within 0.2%.
