In this article, the authors select water level observation data and related pressure data of eight confined wells with better observation conditions in Shanxi region, and carry out sliding fitting of the barometric coefficient and M2 tidal wave factor to obtain the porosity of aquifer and the volume compressibility of solid skeleton and water of each well in the undrained condition. In the horizontally layered aquifers (one dimension) condition, the obtained medium parameters of aquifer and the well water level variation together with the vertical stress variation of the aquifer are used to quantitatively analyze the dynamic changes of the regional tectonic stress field in Shanxi area in 2008-2015.
