ICCT19 will serve as a platform for knowledge sharing about the recent trends and advancements in the field of networking and high end data handling and how these domains are playing role in research and market development of the industries. It will provide great opportunity for our students and faculties to interact and share ideas with the top-notch in the field face to face. This knowledge sharing may inspire and thrill many young minds and help us bring collaborations and global partners to work together. This will enable us to solve challenging problems in our society so that we may contribute to our world. The whole idea of the forum is to exchange thoughts and ideas, transform those in real time to solve the problems. Conference will also create awareness in students about the importance of scientific research in related fields and synchronizing with product market.

Authors are requested to make the submission at icct2019.com in the following mode, Upon acceptance of the submitted paper please follow the instructions below:

Subject line of the mail should include the paper id of the selected paper in the conference ICCT’19 allotted from Easy Chair.
In the submission, please mention the choice of Journal in which the author wish to refer the paper. Author should also mention the track of the journal under which the paper should be taken into consideration.
Author must submit the paper in the prescribed template of the respective journal. The template can be found on the Journal’s website.

作者指南

Authors are invited to submit full papers in English of not more than six pages (including figures, tables & references) in IEEE double-column format. Submissions must present original work that has not been previously published and is not under submission elsewhere. IEEE guidelines on "Plagiarism" and on "Double Submission".
The Technical Program Committee and external reviewers will review all articles for scientific quality.
Submissions should use the general IEEE template with the minimum font size of 10 points. The paper length should not exceed six (6) pages, IEEE two-(2) column format.
All papers must include a title, complete contact information for all authors, and keywords on the cover page. The corresponding author should be identified clearly.
Papers must be submitted electronically (in PDF format or doc ) via online submission system through Easy Chair at the following link:
