On behalf of the Wireless and Optical Communications Conference (WOCC) 2019 Organizing Committee, we invite you to the 28th WOCC in Beijing, on May 9 and May 10, 2019, which is organized by University of Science and Technology Beijing and Beijing Jiaotong University.

In the past two decades, WOCC has become one of the major events for telecommunications and networking professionals both in the U.S. and the Asia-Pacific region. Thousands of participants gather to present research results, share visions and ideas, obtain updates on latest technologies and expand professional and social networking.

The main theme of WOCC 2019 is “Exploring the Intelligent Communication Network and Cyber World", highlighting the innovations as well as evolutions of wireless mobile communication network and artificial intelligence in our future information society.

The technical program of WOCC 2019 will feature four parallel symposia on

optical communications and photonics
artificial intelligence in communications

Prospective authors are invited to submit high-quality original technical papers for presentation at the conference and publication in the IEEE WOCC 2019 Proceedings and IEEE Xplore. IEEE WOCC 2019 will also feature high-quality Tutorials as well as Keynotes from prominent research and industry leaders.
