All papers will be blind-reviewed by the distinguished Review Board members and two independent reviewers or other sponsoring Journals depending on their content and knowledge area. High quality papers will be published in well rated refereed international journals. All submissions must have a title page, the name(s) of the authors(s), grade, affiliation(s), and e-mail address and are subject to the journal's guidelines.
