It gives me immense pleasure to invite you all to the 27th Annual Conference of the IASG to be held at Puducherry. A galaxy of International and national faculties will be coming to JIPMER to contribute and to extend their expertise in the field of Surgical Gastroenterology. Delegates from all over the country and abroad will be participating in this four day event. The organizing committee has put all efforts for a successful conference.

JIPMER is an Institution of National Importance under the Ministry of Health and Family welfare, Government of India. JIPMER provide treatment, training and research of high order. Excellent infrastructure facilities are available for the smooth conduct of the conference. I hope this conference will be ear marked as an important event in the academic history of JIPMER.
